The product is good quality and delivered in good condition. Delivered quickly enough ( according to my experience with online shopping) in just six days. Though even after opting for Xtra Protection, only bubble bags providEd. It would have been much better had you provided an option to buy the ukulele+gig bag combo.
Also, no bill was provided, only invoice. There is no record with me to show when the product was delivered and whether I accepted it or returned it. What is the evidence with me? And from which date, warranty will apply, where the hell it's written. I am really disappointed with this. Expected better from bajao.com. Thanks.

Firstly received an old product of manufacturing year 2010. Secondly I bought the product when price was close to 6000/- but received it after 15 days since there was no stock but once my order was processed the prices slashed to 4299/- . Third, when enquired about above two issues, I was promised to get a call back soon but sadly it's been 13 days passed and no revert, although I called the customer service to speak to Mr. Jay but eveytime I was told that he will call back. No it seems they are just buying time. Really unsatisfied!
Delivery was late than usual & as mentioned on the website product is sent after thorough quality check yet received the faulty product I.e. Kala 15s suprano ukulele & had I not checked the product on the day it got delivered I wouldn’t have been able to request for return pick up bcz I was not aware of 2 day return policy, else I would have to return the product at my cost. The G string produced buzzing sound & A string was quite rough & u need to send the video to be eligible for return pickup & that too if the company feels the product is faulty else the product is truly yours!!
The product arrived perfectly though it took too long. Love the uke!
