Excellent Choice for Lead Guitarists

When it comes to dishing out fast paced riffs, i usually recommend nylons because celluloid picks usually slow you down and tend to fly off from your fingers. However, i was pleasantly surprised when i tried out these celluloids. The weren't that slippery at all, and for a celluloid they allowed me to shred with relative ease. They are extremely rigid which leads to a really clear and distinctive tone, and when you play riffs every single note can be individually heard. Incredibly, even with this level of rigidity, the picks are surprisingly lightweight which does away with the concern that they might slow you down during a solo.I have noticed however, that unlike other rigid picks that are used for playing lead, these picks are best suited only for playing a riff, and not for hammering out power chords, since they are a tad too rigid to serve both purposes. If versatility is of importance, perhaps one should consider a nylon instead.
