As per pail to review, it says order fulfilled 11 days ago, which is not true. I received the subwoofer 4th jan evening , subwoofer is making hum sort of sound, rumble sound. Even when nothing is connected or all balanced ip output is connected. Outer boxes were well packed, but the actually product box was already opened . I called customer care, they kept me on hold for 5 min. Then disconnected the call, no one called back. I called again sales person guided for mail. I mailed for faulty product, I got a reply, for sending video and they appologise for faulty product, and will be replaced,I sent a video, but no one called up and no reply on email.
