It's my first purchase about some instruments I ordered vault da20 dreadnought guitar it's Dilevered maximum 8days something and after unboxing, I got my gear with a 1.half inch crack in bottom of the sound hole area, it's not good experience. I'm very disappointed it's my humble request to kindly replace mu guitar soon as possible.

Not satisfied at all because there are many manufacturing defects on my guitar there is a hole in 15&16 fret and not smooth finishing in all the body also has some defect like dent on the body and finishing could be better at this price range and i am not going to replace it because of the delay in delivery they have delivered after 10-12 days so this the reason behind not replacing it .
