Good product, not good delivery service.

The guitar I recieved is all good but their service sucks. I ordered this guitar in matte black colour on 23 September but there was no update about the delivery and on 29 Sept they called me that the guitar I ordered haven't checked all the quality assurances, which they should have told within few days of ordered. Then they told that they'll order the glossy black if I'm okay with it so I agreed after waiting for so long. After that the expected date of delivery was 2 october but they delivered it on 4 oct. Or possibly the delivery partners were the one responsible for the delay. But overall it was not that great experience.

The guitar is simply superb. I am enjoying it. the service and after sales service is amazing. I love Bajaao.
The learning kit is really useful. I strongly recommend to purchase from Bajaao not from other platforms...
For 4.7k cost the quality of fret board quality is good. and you have dual action truss rod. The sound is amazing. if it is not sounding well, you need to tune the sound with apps available on play store or go to any expert. (more over Bajaao itself gives you the tuned one)

Working fine but poor finishing quality

I got ea 20 acousitic guitar, sound is good, finishing isn't as a new guitar must. Scratches on fretboard, and poor wood carving. And they won't give u a new good piece for poor finishing. I recommend pls take extended warranty, as without extended warranty there is no replace option only repair option ( in 3 year warranty)

Decent product

Quality of Guitar is good . Package was packed nicely with two cardboards and air bubble wrapper . Only problem is delivery time it took around 12 days to reach Patna from Mumbai.

Yrr but 1 string tut Gaya and mujhe new wala use karna pada aur string winding karte hue kuchh awaj aati Hain and phir se tutne Ka darr lagta Hain 😂😂😂 baki guitar is really awesome. Thanks bajaao and vault 🙏👍😇
