The guitar is simply superb. I am enjoying it. the service and after sales service is amazing. I love Bajaao.
The learning kit is really useful. I strongly recommend to purchase from Bajaao not from other platforms...
For 4.7k cost the quality of fret board quality is good. and you have dual action truss rod. The sound is amazing. if it is not sounding well, you need to tune the sound with apps available on play store or go to any expert. (more over Bajaao itself gives you the tuned one)

The package for transport is really great effort by bajaao.
I got ea 20 acousitic guitar, sound is good, finishing isn't as a new guitar must. Scratches on fretboard, and poor wood carving. And they won't give u a new good piece for poor finishing. I recommend pls take extended warranty, as without extended warranty there is no replace option only repair option ( in 3 year warranty)
I Receiver guitar with broken string, and some scratches on the body , sound is also some good😡😡. I want to return the product
The Vault EA20 is well crafted. The attention to detail in its construction is astounding, and the finish is flawless. It's a testament to the dedication of the makers. its a pity you cant find and compare this in any retail store except mumbai

Great guitar for beginners. The included accessories are a plus.
I received a damaged guitar from neck. After sales executive generated a pickup for the damaged product which was not a successful even after 3-4 attempts over a week. Then at the end after unsuccessful pickups I asked for compensation if possible because this model was also out of stock at that time. But I received little amount as compensation for the damage. It was my first experience buying something from bajaao.
