I purchased the Vault UK-100 Tenor Ukulele from Bajaao, but my experience was disappointing. The ukulele arrived with a clinking sound inside the soundbox—like something is loose—and glue was visibly coming out from parts of the body.

I contacted customer support immediately, but unfortunately, they denied my request for a return or replacement, despite the product clearly having manufacturing defects.

As a regular buyer who trusted Bajaao for quality and service, this experience was very disheartening. I hope the team reconsiders how they handle genuine product issues.

got damaged product and i tried to contacting but not heard back.

Don't recommend buying, as their is not a problem if you received a damaged product but you should then initiate the return and refund quickly, but they are not even answering and even the number they have provided is saying invalid, don't know what to do now. I have wasted my money.

Amazing Ukulele on a budget!

The body of the Ukulele is really smooth and well built. The instrument was well set up out of the box. The frets had no sharp edges and the filing was done almost perfectly. Being a Tenor sized ukulele, it has a warmer and richer tone as compared to soprano sized ukulele. This makes it perfect for someone who's coming from playing guitars (like me). Since the price is under 2500, i would recommend it for anyone, whether you just want to try out something new, or wanna build up your skills for a professional or hobbyist.
