I wished the service is more efficient. The first product we purchased had some minor defect but took time to replace. Invoice are not sent on time, haven't got the second purchase invoice that creates problem with the accounts department.

the mic works with desktop computer ...but as soon as i connect it to my laptop the range of mic gets very...for recording smthng i have to set recording level to 100% nd i have to speak just infront of the mesh nd its uncomfortable....nd secondly there is a problem in the headphone jack of the mic as i have to set it properly by rotating the jack sideways for sound in the headphones..i have tried many earphones and headphone but the problem is same...this was my first purchase from bajaao ...nd i m not satisfied with it...

Its good . However i would suggest putting in a lil more and getting the VOX .... that one is light and sounds better .
