How to list gear on Bajaao Used Gear Marketplace

1) Register as a Seller

To register as a seller fill out our simple form that will include your address ,contact and account information that's needed for shipments and payments

2) Create a Used Gear Marketplace Listing

Add 3-5 live photos of the actual item you're selling (no stock photos) and an accurate description to boost your selling success.
Use the Bajaao Product Finder to quickly search for your gear and auto-fill the specs in your listing.
Set a price and choose whether you would like to Ship your products anywhere or only prefer a local home pickup from the buyer
By selecting Shipping anywhere you get access to BAJAAO’s Shipping Service that has years of experience in shipping musical instruments to over 20,000 pincodes.
Once you receive an order, we will send you the necessary Packing Material (the cost of which is seen at the time of listing)
BAJAAO will arrange for one of our courier partners to pick up your product from your registered seller account address.

3) Make a Sale

Use Bajaao Chat to communicate with buyers and agree on price, shipping, and other terms of the sale.
Your buyer will complete the transaction and pay using our secure checkout.
You will be notified of and be guided through the next steps via our BAJAAO support team once the buyer has completed payment.

4) Shipping your Gear

Select “ are you willing to ship this item?”
This enables you to use Bajaao's highly experienced shipping services and reach an audience of potential customers all over India. The shipping charges for your gear sale are paid for by the buyer.
BAJAAO will send you the packing material needed. All you will need to do is pack your instruments carefully using the materials sent
We will have a BAJAAO courier partner pick up the product from your house and by using the shared tracking info you will be able to track the shipment to your instrument's new owner.
You will be notified via email when the product is delivered to the buyer,
Bajaao provides the buyer 3 days within which they can raise a claim regarding any issues with your shipment.
If there are no claims raised then on the fourth day from delivery, you will receive the selling amount you listed your product for, directly into your account, less the cost of packing materials sent to you by BAJAAO.
