Once the boom is set in place, a unique swivel grip allows you to rotate the microphone from the opposite end which is great for last minute adjustments when using an overhead microphone.
This product is non-returnable under all circumstances. However, it is fully covered under the manufacturer's standard warranty plan for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
