F# functioning pads are not working well... Mouth piece very poor quality... Don't bye sax In online

Saxophone is fine and plays well. But I noticed that ocatve key functionality is not smooth. The spring used for g key is loose. I fixed it myself.

Also more reeds should be provided. The one supplied to me was broken. I had to buy reeds worth 2.5k from Amazon

The scale of the saxophone was not mentioned in the description so i called the customer support before ordering. They told me that the saxophone is in F# (F sharp) scale. After receiving the saxophone when I played it i found out that it's in E scale and not in F sharp as promised by the customer support.

Kindly resolve this issue with the needful action (Refund or exchange)

Though it's a beginner Sax but the feeling is none like a beginner. It's really a great Saxophone.
