Upon reviewing, we found that you ordered the JBL In-Ear Headphones on 6th April 2024. You also spoke with our Customer Service and Aftersales team sevral times. In your initial email, you mentioned experiencing battery drainage with a shorter usage time, and we requested a short video to better assist you. However, we haven’t received a response from you yet.
