If you have ordered something upto the order taking and dispatch they will shows instruments availability after you will fallow up the order , Sone girls call and saying ,now stock is not available but similar part is available shall I order or how?? There is no use for that and ordered parts are also defects ,bad impression from 1st time order ,never order anything again.😡😡😡😡
I am giving this instrument a 5 star rating purely for the quality of instrument I received for the money.
First off a very well made saxophone and not a toy that falls apart instantly. So far I've had no issues with the instrument.
The mouthpiece which comes with the instrument does feel a bit plastic-y but it works fine and fits well. (You might feel like upgrading to a new mouthpiece as you make progress). The reeds that came along weren't really the best but reeds should be available at your local music store in your choice of strength.
The neck fits very well into the tenon. No extra tightness felt, nor was it excessively loose (even with the screws loose). Good seal.
All the pads were well set up, mechanisms and linkages work well and there is no unwanted play or sounds coming from the mechanisms.
I also tested the sealing of the pads with a leak light and everything was fine out of these initial tests.
I didn't entirely expect it to be so smooth.
Aesthetically, the engraving on the bell is a nice touch and does add a bit of emotional connection with your instrument (not common for a lot of instruments at this price point).
Only time will tell how the instrument lasts as it is played on more and more.
My hopes are high now.
I don't mean to say this sax beats higher end saxophones in quality and finish and even tone, but this is a lot of sax for the money.
On a nit-picky note, I've already written about the mouthpiece and reeds above. Some felts on the mechanisms even though well placed, are not cut to shape very carefully so does look a bit crude upon fine examination (doesn't affect your playing or sound by any means though). Same for a few bits of cork on the mechanisms .
Otherwise a very good Alto Saxophone overall.
I would suggest this instrument for anyone wanting to begin learning to play the saxophone.

Finally I would like to thank BAJAAO rep. Sridharah V. for all his assistance.
He was really attentive to my requests and queries regarding the instrument.
