Sennheiser Headphone Offers
The Sennheiser HD 380 PRO and Sennheiser HD280 Pro are both over-ear designed headphones that promise to deliver superior audio quality and help external noise reduction as compared to smaller headphones. Both headphones are extremely affordable for the features they come packed with.
Long lasting, cutting edge
The headphones are easy to carry, lightweight, and durable. Designed to suit the needs of long-term use, the headphones are an ideal choice for DJs and studio engineers. The HD 280 and HD 380 provide a good amount of isolation, making them a must-use in professional studio recordings. The headphones allow for a good amount of noise cancellation and the Neodymium magnets bring deep induced bass and sharper treble.
Frequency Response
Both headphones have the same bass frequency limit, but the Sennheiser HD 380 PRO can output higher treble pitches. It's important to note that since our ears can hear only around 20Hz - 20kHz, extreme pitches - higher or lower - become naturally less audible with age.
Impedance
The impedance in the Sennheiser HD280 Pro is higher than the Sennheiser HD 380 PRO, for which it would need more power to produce higher volumes. Headphones that usually have very high impedance may not be able to reach their full volume with devices like phones or music/MP3 players.
Operation
Both of these headphones have closed system operating principles, which is why they work well for bass heavy music like RnB, hip hop, as well as some rock and pop.
