First of all, the open box piano(excluding the stand) at under ₹19K with 2 years of warranty was a no-brainer for me. I got the piano, power adaptor, sustain pedal and manual out of the box, but no Music Desk was inside. I was not informed about the music desk wasn't there by the bajaao Executive during the purchase. Not even it is mentioned here on the product page. The music desk in my picture is a separate story for another day. I wanted to buy ST1 piano stand which was available at ₹3.5K back then at that time and it was the matching model for this PE-88. But the executive, Mr. Sridharah constantly insisted me on buying ST2 which costs ₹1.5K more than the ST1. So finally, I bought ST1 from Amazon and the seller there was bajaao(LOL). About the music desk, after finding no Music Desk inside, I reached out to the bajaao team and they justified that the price of the preduct being low comes at this kind of missing accessories or cosmetic defects. I really had no issues if I were informed at the time of making the purchase. I would have made the purchase anyway because I couldn't miss a deal tantalizing this much. There was an issue of transparency. That's it. By the way, this music desk is a generic one imported from global store. It was not a compatible one for this PE-88 but with some DIY it's now fitting perfectly. 5 stars for the Piano. 3 stars for Bajaao Service. Overall I'm happy with this purchase. I hope team Bajaao takes this review as a genuine feedback and let it publish on their website.
Few keys were not playing while we play in the dynamic "piano" and few black keys were not playing... extremely disappointed
