Even though I was hesitant to order from Bajaoo as I had no experience earlier, yet I am confident now to buy a product directly from them as they have wider range of products than Amazon. Moreover the packaging was sturdy and to my amazement the guitar was set up well. I just needed to tune it. However I suggest that bajaoo should partner with Delhivery for courier service in Dharamshala as ExCom by which my guitar was dispatched did not deliver it at my place. They called me to get it from them because they said it was too big for their delivery agent to transport on his bike and they don’t have a pick up truck. So I had to travel around 10 km to get my guitar from their office. Having said that the guitar is excellent for its price. The higher tones are clear and chimy but I found that the bass lack clarity.
