Late Delivery, No tracking update

I was told it would be delivered by 8th April. It's already 9th and I don't see any update on the tracker, it hasn't been shipped, forget about delivery. I had reached out to a person on 8th, they said I should get a call by next day (today) that it has been shipped which it hasn't. Plus, there is no transparency. Don't promise a delivery date if you can't deliver by then. Simple as that.

This is expensive music gear, if someone is buying, a few days is understandable, but don't make promises if you can't keep them. Because,now I see a promised delivery date and I'm hoping to use the item by a certain date and I don't have it.
