The product was damage i replace it and today is12th day and the replacement is not done yet and customer care support is nil
They have sent a defective guitar and now nobody is responding, They will keep telling you to send photos and videos and even after sending those they will do nothing.
The action on the guitar is not normal for a brand new guitar. Even after whole drop tuning the gap is 1/2 inch. I would NOT recommend to buy from them.

It is the besg under this price range, i don't have a much knowledge about guitars so i called a friend and he checked it and it is best for this price, for beginners its superb, getting truss rod in such a low price is hard enough but in this i got it
Cant let go of this deal where u get such a nice guitar with all these accessories in this price range
This is the first guitar i bought and my experience with it is pretty good . Ordered it on 14 nov , received it on 18 nov i dont understand why some r complaining about the delivery it was in a good condition too . The color looks awesome the only complaint i have is the area near bridge is a lil not so good in finish texture rest everything is great . JUST GO FOR IT
Loved it. However, it took very long to be delivered.
Loved the guiter. Looks amazing and the black colour makes it more gorgeous. 😍
