I've got mixed feelings about this guitar. On the one hand, for this price, it bowls me over with the materials used, the big "Martin-ish" sound and it's sheer beauty (I'm a satin finish fanatic). On the other, the sheer disregard of the inclusion of the electronics, which makes the saddle way too high to play initially (should have been trimmed at the factory), makes me wonder and feel for the 'just-buy-and-play' majority of buyers (the nut needs work too) . I feel sad that such quality has gone the Harley Benton way. Having to set up your guitar the moment you get it, is surely going to scare away many customers. Once set up properly though, you can really enjoy the exquisite resonating, beautiful full sound of the solid top and top notch (yes, even the SYS250!) electronics. And I doubt you'll ever be envious of any other acoustic electric.
Lets cut to the chase.Guitar seems premium quality (which is expected if you are spending approx Rs. 22K). It doesn't come with any accessories at all, not even a pic.Pros:1. Sound is good. Guitar worth 10k also sounds same.2. Build is good.Cons:1. Play-ability is poor. I have another Rs.6k guitar which more playable than this and sound similar.2. Guitar action is very high.3. Packaging was poor, i'll make an unboxing video, you will see it.4. No accessories at all.Bottom line if you want to buy this then first go to store and try it once with other guitars of same range. And if you buy any guitar of this range from a store you will get lot of freebies along with it.
Guitar finishing and sound is so good that you can experience a love at first sight... I requested customer care that please make sure of any scratches on it. But still I found it and delivered with it. Now I'll have to live with it and dont want to return as nothing is broken. But I am disappointed with bajaao because even after requesting thrice to check for any damage still I was delivered with a scratch. But any professional can go ahead with choosing this guitar, sound, size and comfort of holding and playing it is better than Fender cd60sce and I would say its incomparable. Size is something that I was looking for because it never makes your arm tired while playing it for a longer period of time.

Product is too good ..Guitar tone quality ,Forward scalloping technology makes tonal depth especially mid range awesome ... But service of bluedart is miserable .. bajaoo should choose other courier option ..Blue dart now a days worst...
So what difference does a solid top make than a laminated one? Quite similar to night and day. Aesthtically speaking, I can keep looking at it all day and performance wise, it's unputdownable. Beautifully resonant to open chords, highs are not shrill, lows are not boomy. The special forward scallops as claimed by Alvarez makes the overtones come out great. The pick up footprint is small and the tuner lives up to expectation. You would need to doctor the amplified sound to be satisfied, as with many piezo guitars. Not much of a backlash in machine heads. Brownie points for not giving a heavy lacquer finish on the body or the neck..love the open pore sound. You get value for money and then some.To sum it up, if you are serious about acoustic guitar upgrade, bite the bullet and buy the Alvarez Artise Series.

This guitar is just Wow! This guitar has an amazing sound to it.
The guitar feels very easy to play and best thing about it is that the strings have a low action right out of the box. The tone is bright and the overall pliability is very smooth.Worth buying.
Never heard of this Alvarez guitar before, i was going to buy Fender CD60 but thier support agent aziz suggested me this.i was doubtfull but i took a chance , it is a really beautiful sounding guitar. i am very happy with my purchase! will recommend my friends to buy from bajaao.combajaate raho!
