After several notifications from Bajaao here is my review

I booked the order and post that the episode of issues started. The FedEx team came for delivery without notice. After delivery fail i have to pick the guitar from the FedEx Hub (10 kms away from my place). The packing was good and all sorts of quality check stickers were placed on the packet by Bajaao team. When i open the packet, Allan key was missing. The product was with rusted strings and the saddle seems damaged/soiled. I believe this is what quality check of Bajaao is. Once i complain against the same it took 2 days for the team to respond with no assurance of either change of stings and saddle or complete product replacement. Finally the team responded with the complete product replacement after repeated calls being made by me to the Bajaoo help desk. 2 days passed after that incident but till now no sign of the replacement order. I am now pretty sure why the company choose the brand name "Bajaao". Consumers are meant for that. Right?
