I had ordered a wrong product by mistake, left handed one, but just by calling team bajaao they cancelled my order even if everything was setup and was ready to ship. Even though their return policy for open box clearly states that no returns on open box on some products clearly they made a exception in my case and I'm really grateful for that, I ordered the right product Right after I received my refund which took 3 days which is normal considering other transactions. Great customer service Is all I can say
