If you're thinking of buying.. read this..

Well.. i wanted a 5 string that could give me a Active/Passive bypass and then i saw this..
I've never heard much about harley benton..
But i was really digging into those inlays..
And my budget was really tight..
I've never tried this bass before but it says that it does what i need..
So i ordered blindly and i recieved this in really good packing..
So good job bajaao...
Now more about the bass..
Well if you've ever played a BTB or an SR..
You'll get what i'm trying to say..
This neck is pretty slim according to me...
And fretboard is wide.. much like a btb..
But that body always gives me a SR vibe but more sharped up SR...
Pickups aren't the best that i've heard in a 23k bass.. those cheap SR might sound better in that price with better pickups but these work well if you ask me...
And the hardware..
It is just worthless...
In my bass two tuners are kinda rotate but they seem jammed to me..
And i always feel that they might break at anytime..
And that bridge is straight up crap...
I'll surely change all those tuners that that bridge after a few months..
Till then i've to work with what i've..
Those pots feel cheap..
My volume pot is loose and rest of three are pretty tight..
Electronic feels cheap..
And overall weight is what i feel to be a little heavy if you're working with it everyday...
And you might change those strings...
They sound just dead to me..
i gave this bass 4 stars just because i like how this bass suits my profile and i really like playing on it...
I might change a lot on it..
But it's always a preference..
I hope you like what i've read..
I don't write reviews much but i thought that if someone wants to buy this.. they might know what they want it to do...
And In the i would surely recommend this bass if your budget is tight just like mine..
Want a bypass and you think you can those hardware later on..
It's really fun to play on this...
Thanks and bye
