the only thing that never got. the one sent was old and damaged. No quality control was done. No checks made.
No one was bothered to get it picked up.
No one pursued it.
I had to ensure that it does after calling for at least a month.
After much efforts I was finally told that nothing could be done. Prateek offered to refund, I asked him to wait till he spoke with Tejas about availing the points and buying something else instead.
However without my consent and knowledge the money was refunded by him.
VERY POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE ESPECIALLY COMING FROM SOMEONE WHO DID HARD SELLING WHILE SELLING THE PRODUCTS TO ME.
Ironically the AKG 120 was back in stock the very next of me asking him to hold the refund. I requisitioned to book one in writing to which I have not received any response.
