The Perfect Beginner Bass

I have been using the ESP LTD B-10 since the last 5 years and is yet to disappoint me. The bast comes with a black gloss finish, 24 frets and an inverse split coil pickups. The inverted pickups make the lower strings(pitch) sound deeper and the higher strings sound more trebly, which comes in handy if you are into slapping & popping. The pickups have a decent output for a beginner bass, but you can always upgrade if needed. The tuners and bridge are solid and provide good tuning stability and sustain. Action adjustment is easy at the bridge. The neck is a single slab of maple with a glued on headstock with a 34' scale. The fretboard is rosewood, but the quality of the wood could have been better. Also the body could have been any wood other than basswood(it has low sustains). The strap buttons come off quickly and have to be tightened. This bass is a beauty and handles any kind of music you play. I have used it for metal, classic rock and blues as well, it delivered fine.
