Great quality, superb bass sound with depth. Easy playability, customers must insist for an fresh image of the actual article, because pattern of mahogany wood varies from product to product. Mine is having black patches instead of straight lines. Ibanej productss are really excellent. Bajaao personnel are very supportive, special thanks to Mr. Antariksha.

Received the shipment on time. Product is as per expectation. Online support for quieres related to payment was prompt. Over all happy with the first purchase experience with bajao.com.

Ordered this product. Made the payment. The amount was deducted but the website says order could not be processed due to technical issue. I tried calling the helpline. No executive answered the calls. No response from bajao. Is this the kind of service to be expected from this website? If yes i would not recommend anyone to make a purchase from this website.

Initially you might hear strings buzzing due to low action, but as you keep playing, it will get better. It is a great product. Although I think strings are quite weak, get a set of Daddario's in case any strings breaks. But apart from these things, it is a great buy.
