Price hike is not good

72 k to 77 k is not at all good. Extreme is not in th market. Atleast to compromise with krome now this is also hiked. Too much dissatisfaction

it can be product of the year , fingers crossed !!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Krome is available in 61, 73, and 88 key versions, all without aftertouch. The 88 version has a different keybed to the 61 & 73, so I can't comment on that. On the 61 key version the keys have metal underneath each one to give them some weight, so it seems quite promising, but they are acoustically quite noisy and a little creaky as they are pressed.

As a gigging musician I was looking for a high-quality keyboard that is easy to haul and operate. I compared the Korg Krome with the Yamaha MOXF line. While initially partial to the Yamaha (based on previous experiences) I decided to go with the Korg

Nice sound quality from flagship Kronos workstation

an excellent piece of gear the Krome 61 is. It is ALL the bread-and-butter sounds you'll EVER need. I thought I would like the Kronos better, but, in fact, I like the Krome better. I have no need for KARMA and all the other "perks" the Kronos had to offer. The Krome will suit me just fine and I have a distilled version of the Kronos that weighs onlyk 15 pounds and sequences as well. An excellent deal for the price. The included editor software also lets you delve in deeper!
