I have been messaging since days but not getting any proper response. I am very disappointed with the after sales service. Before buying the guitar the support executive told me that don’t worry you have my number if you find any trouble I will help you out.. but no reply once the product is delivered. I want to return the guitar as its tuner and pickup is not working properly I have e mail the video also plus I sent several mails regarding the same. The alignment of the guitar is also not up to the mark the first time I played the guitar it’s string broke and after that I put elixir strings that too broke. I spent around 92000 on this guitar. For me it is very expensive and it took me years to buy this guitar. It is very hurtful and disappointing.
