I own this guitar since last 1 year and it's one freaking awesome guitar in terms of playability, quality and finish. The single coil pickups are absolutely noiseless on all the positions. This guitar can easily be compared to fender strat and for the price you are paying for such a well built guitar is superb. Cons:The guitar is freaking heavy. It's heavier than fender strat and not just little heavy but very heavy. Alder wood is usually lighter The wilkinson single coil pickups are trebly but still noiselsss. If you set your levels right on the processor then you should be good. But straight out of the box the pickups are a bit harsh. That's about it. This is a great value for money guitar and 10 times better than a fender strat.
