The only reason i'm giving 4 star is because i got delivery 3 days late.
FedEx guys are really lazy
I had ordered carlsbro csd600 edrum kit. And I got the kit without the main Drum module. After reaching out to the customer service, they said there is no drum module for this product so we have to take return of the product.
I was supposed to have a Gig in a week, and I was solely depending on this Kit for the performance. Due to this defect product , its being very difficult to look for an alternative now (as I needed a kit with 3 zone ride cymbal).
I also made sure to call them and ask about the product whether would it be a fresh piece and other details as well before purchasing the product.
Bajaao don't have any alternative product/suggestion as well for this, being a premium customer for bajaao I am very dissatisfied on their service.
I had bought multiple products from bajaao but still they are not able to support my urgency and this one is a Very unsatisfied service from Bajaao.
Worst place to buy anything at. WARNING!
Here's my deal. And I have found out that BAJAAO DOES THIS TO ALMOST EVERY CUSTOMER.
Especially with high value products or any electronics for that matter.
I ordered this drum kit and carlsbro ed30 amplifier. Got the kit after huge delay and that too defective out of the box. Dusty old manufactured kit. Probably 2009 or so the number reads. Defective piece.
It took them ages to respond. They cut your calls. Give you all sorts of false assurances and even blatantly lie. The same bunch of 2-3 unprofessional employees over call.
Meanwhile the amplifier i ordered is still languishing for over 20 DAYS in their courier Co's warehouse at the source destination and even after umpteen requests and escalations...they have done nothing about it yet. Numerous calls and lie after lie later...
I requested for cancellation but then they are saying that they will do it only after receiving it back physically from their own courier partner(which is in the same city as they) and now again sitting over it. Day 21 today. This is outright viciousness.
Since I have cancelled, and as already was before, their behavior has become even more insolent now. they lie about the situation, block communication with superiors and your issue remains stagnant all the while that your money remains with them and when you are tired and file for a refund you are in for another round with them.
It took them ages to pick up the defective part of my drum kit for replacement. Am still waiting for them to ship my replacement. All the while they block communication.
Got late delivery. Baajao sent me the damaged kit knowingly and when I have raised the concern they were ready to give me a small discount. How could baajao even think that they will sell the faulty product and customer will accept it for the price of fresh piece. The purchase was completely waste of time and that too of unnecessary follow ups. Anyways the after scales was kind and helpful and they have helped in getting me the refund back. Stars only goes to the support specialist otherwise the total buying experience was bogus.
Very Good kit, the mesh heads are surprisingly good, the sound samples are good, could have been better
