Got a good deal with the gator hard case, but the nut of the guitar was not fixed properly had to glue it again. Bajaao should make final checks before shipping the product

Finally bajaao brought epiphone back. I purchased Sparkling burgundy from Furtados as it was not available here on Bajaao back in August. But buying from furtados was a journey full of frustration. Bajaao is the best when it comes to shipping musical instruments. Now coming to the guitar, it is simply awesome. Coil spits and phase for them Pro-buckers makes this one a highly versatile guitar. Weight relief and modern neck profile makes it very ergonomic. Look amazing, sounds amazing. Go for it. Watch its review on Dawson, Andertons, Trogly and PMTV. All positive.

Guitar is amazing, it looks so pretty i mean Epiphone has literally nailed this time with finish photos arent doing justice to this piece of art, guitar set up was on spot out of the box, sound is quite subjective to each ear wont write about it but i found it good specifically for the price paid, but yeah bajaao delivery options opted for could have been better and faster one as well.
But still good job Bajaao and thanx for all your support.

The two stars are for the whole experience. Here is a summary:

I paid bajaao.com for my Epiphone Les Paul Modern on August 26, 2021 and it was delivered within a few days. So far, so good. But within five minutes, the neck pickup completely stopped working. The bridge pickup worked fine, and it looked like a great guitar, but - neck pickup just had no output. I called them and they asked me to send a video, which I did. Then I got a call-back from someone who said "it must be a loose contact, can you take it to a luthier in your town and get it fixed". I said no, it's a brand new item with a warranty which will be voided if anyone opens it up. Eventually they agreed to take it back and arranged for it to be picked up. Many days later they mailed me saying the guitar is fixed, and it came back. But when I tried to play it, I was shocked. They had re-wired it so that the bridge pickup was now playing in all switch positions! This was obvious, as neck and bridge pickups have separate volume controls. After their re-wiring, only the bridge pickup volume led to sound output, which was present in all three switch positions! At this point I called them and described the problem in detail. But they never acknowledged anything wrong had been done. I said please take it back and refund my money. To this, they agreed. They picked it up again and after a long delay I got my money back. Here is the timeline:

August 26: I paid by credit card.
August 30: Guitar arrived. The same day I informed them that neck pickup was not working.
September 4: Collected back by them.
September 19: They mailed me saying it is fixed.
September 21: I received it back, but incorrectly re-wired and neck pickup still not working. I informed them immediately.
September 22: Collected back by them, second time.
October 1: They mailed me saying refund will be given in 8-10 working days.
October 20: Still no refund received, so I reminded them.
October 24: Refund credited to my card.

Altogether two months start to finish! And ended with me not having the new guitar. I agree that products can be defective sometimes, but their method of dealing with the issue was not correct. They should have sent me a replacement and then got the defective guitar fixed (by a reliable person!). Still I have got my money back so at least the conclusion is satisfactory - though not at all pleasant.

Good guitar with quality materials and proper coil-splitting function. Beautiful finish, light-weight and bright tones are lovely. Pelham faded blue is a timeless color and goes well on this guitar. Fits well in a Gibson Les Paul hard shell case which I bought separately.

I am Reviewing this guitar after 3 months of purchase from Bajaao. Cons first: The biggest drawback of Epiphone Les Paul Modern perhaps, is the huge Neck-Dive. Maybe because it has a chambered body which makes the body light but the neck heavy. It's so uncomfortable playing this guitar standing. You instantly, feel the weight of the guitar neck on your Shoulder (strap). You practically, need to keep lifting the neck up constantly.

Further, this is my second Guitar from Bajaao and this time it came with rusted strings which is quite a disappointment considering that it is a 60K plus Guitar.

Overall, the guitar is robustly, build and produces good resonance even when unplugged. After a little setup, the guitar is a joy to play (sitting). The pickups are quite OK for the price though I feel the neck pick-up (in humbucking mode) sounds a little muddy to my ear. The Split-Coils are not that exceptional great but useable for some Genre and nice to have the them alongside. There is a slight humming noise when plugged in (compared to my other guitars). I wish Epiphone put some kind of shielding paint on the electronic cavities of guitars in this price range. The locking tuners and the nut works great and I do not have any tuning issues with this guitar so far. The neck (tinted gloss) is not too thin nor that chunky and very comfortable to play.

Verdict: The guitar is not bad but could have been better after all, this is supposed to be one of the top-tier model of Epiphone Les Pauls.

Great guitar but toggle switch not working at all, and pots erratic. Its the electronics that give this a huge tonal range - when working !!.. immediate service centre pickup promised two weeks ago but still waiting…

Loved the tone of Lespaul, the pick ups are super cool and the action as expected. BAJAAO is only site i can trust when it comes to buying Guitar!!
