Great Product, Worse Service from Bajaao

Above everything, this guitar has a wonderful sound. Great bass. Very comfortable to play. Well worth the money.
But the logistic support that Bajaao uses, Xpressbee is worse. They won't deliver it unless you go and take it from their warehouse. Their tracking system shows incorrect information and does not match at all with the exact location of the product. They have not even updated their Kolkata office address on their website. Neither does their customer care call works. Nobody answers calls.
I requested Bajaao multiple times to resolve this issue, but all they did was give me fake assurances. And after a point it seemed like it is none of their business whether the product gets delivered or not. Very disappointing.
I would suggest, if you want to buy this guitar, try to find it at some store nearby you and do not buy from Bajaao.
