I ordered this item on 11th oct. Today is 23rd oct the product hasn't been delivered yet. No reply to my emails, nobody picks on customer care number. Everything points to their fraud. I told them to cancel and refund, they are not doing that. I am even scared now that the product will lowest of quality or broken. Since they are such unprofessional and fraud

The product that I bought isn't exactly a professional item as is obvious; I went for the attractive design to spark an interest in my child. However, when she tested it out I was actually suprised by how good the build quality and sound was. A good purchase and definite recommend to parents or anyone who want kids to have fun while also starting to pick a hobby!
