The order was first delayed at shipping stage by 1 week. Finally when the product was received, it was defective and missing parts. The mounting plate was bent on one corner, the stand rod had scratches, the knobs for adjustments were broken/heavily scratched. The packaging was all torn up and product looked used/nowhere close to a new product. Pathetic 1st purchase experience. Called the help desk, they assured product will be picked up and refund will be issued. No one has followed up till now for this. Very disappointed considering the it wasn't a cheap product (INR 7000 per piece). Hard to recommend anyone to purchase - strictly basis my own experience. Fingers crossed, hoping that Bajaao reinstates my faith in their brand by issuing a timely refund and I don't have to run around to get my money back.
