One week in, no complains yet. Really great to see stunning DiMarzio pickups equipped in a neck through guitar. The sustain, tone, feel and looks of this magnificent piece of wood ensure me that the purchase was worth the price!I just wished Bajaao had given away a decent gig bag along with the guitar.
Firstly thankyou Bajao for the timely delivery!The intonation of the guitar was very well setup, there was no fret buzz, neck just perfect. Talking about playability- the neck is smooth and frets have very good playability. Set the tone and volume to your suitability and this machine will cry for you. The Dimarzios are truly amazing both for clean and overdrive tones. Damm this guy has some stunning sustain.And the looks, certainly as commented by all is absolutely gorgeous..Super happy!!
The guitar is a beauty. The pickups are great and bajaao delivered it really quickly.

Overall: 8Looks: 10Weight: 10Electronics: 9; Pickups are Great (Dimarzio); my primary reason to pay 40k for this guitar (apart from color).Bridge: 8; nothing too shabbby; Good ol hardtail.Neck: 10; Body through; nice profile.Fingerboard/Fretboard: 6; Going for a Jatoba fretboard was a gamble and it did feel like a sandpaper with poor playability; my 5yrs old gio (grgs22) plays much, much better. Also, setup was not that good, fretboard could've been treated. Strings, however were new, sounded dull. I would blame the wood but the setup guy could've done much much better.What I did: Treated the fretboard with some lemon oil (not sure if it would ruin it) and my fretboard felt way. way better. Replaced the strings with NYXL 90s and the guitar easily beat my old gio (Finally).Question ----- How do I clean the smudge from the neck?
I am impressed by the professional but friendly approach of the people at bajaoo. The delivery was swift. The guitar is a gorgeous. A pleasure to hold and fabulous to play.
First and foremost, the pictures on Bajaao, or any other website or videos you see of the Sapphire Blue Flat do not do justice to the actual guitar. It looks truly amazing in person, if you like the pictures (like I did) you will be blown away by the actual guitar. This guitar has one of the fastest necks I have played on with super low action. The pick-ups sound great, they will crunch out some amazing metal and overdriven tones. In fact, it takes bit of tinkering to get a proper clean tone. Here's a little tip - keep the volume knob at 90-95% and use the 2nd position on the bridge selector on the guitar and then tinker on the pedal/processor to make sure you get the cleanest input from guitar.A 5-piece neck with DiMarzio Tone Zones & AirNorton's at this price is unbelievable with a solid body and neck-through construction at that! These pick-ups are made for chugging, it's breeze to get any crunchy sound, right from 80's hard rock/metal to even djent.Definitely worth the money and the packaging & shipping from Bajaao, as always is prompt and on point. This guitar is best suited for anyone who wants to some great sounding high gain overdrive tones. The pickups respond very well to your picking, the harder you pick, the more drive you get, really great for some powerful tones.One thing that Bajaao has gotten wrong in the description is that the fretboard isn't Rosewood, its Jatoba. Its slightly lighter than Rosewood, and adds to the look of the guitar.
This guitar is amazing. The build is good and so is the sustain. My first neckthrough guitar and it is just awesome. Bajaaos Delivery was also great.
