these are VERY good strings
if you like playing downtuned, but also want some headroom for E standard - this is the best stringset. been playing on D standard and drop C# with no problems, they're light enough without feeling floppy. the bass strings have a pretty huge sound, it's a good all round set. removed one star because of the stupid color coding on the ball ends - there was no reason why they couldn't keep 6 different colors.
