Played this bass for a week now and it is super comfortable to play . String spacing seems slightly smaller than regular 5 string basses . Neck is slim and feels smooth due to the satin finish and plays fast like a jazz bass neck . B string has a good amount of tension and clarity . Bass and treble cut/boost knobs can be used to create a range of tones . Pickup is great and the bass sounds good recorded direct . Bass is comfortable to hold and neck dive isn't an issue . There were no flaws in the finish and the bass arrived within 3 days of placing the order . Bass came with a 9v battery inside the cavity.
