I was really sceptical about ordering an "open box" product, but fret not (pun unintended) Bajaao is thorough with the inspection. Coming back to the guitar, don't expect a lot from a guitar for which you pay 2k, it gets the job done, you'll be constantly reminded of this when you look closely at the finishing and play the guitar. I wanted to give full 5 stars but I won't because it didn't come with a string winder and an extra set of strings which were mentioned in the description.
All in all it's an okay entry level guitar, if you're on the tightest of budgets, and let me remind you again, you get what you pay for.
