Bajaao's customer service is good but products are not upto the mark. There is also a problem of mismanagement. First they told me they will take back the guitar and refund my money but instead another faulty guitar was sent to me without any intimation. So now I am wasting a lot of time behind these two faulty Guitars sent by Bajaao. Yes your customer service is good but if the product is not up to the mark and there is mismanagement in what you say and what you do then what's the use of this customer service ?
