Product is great but received with damaged screw

The product is very good and sturdy but received it with a damaged bent screw.So I can't use my throne as can't tighten the rod.So I mailed bajaao regarding this problem but still not received any email confirming delivery of the screw.Didnt expect this from bajaao.

The throne is very sturdy and easily adjustable which is exactly what you need from a drum throne. The price is also very reasonable and the product is easily comparable to the more expensive alternatives.
