Best MIDI controller!

Launchpad S! Great MIDI controller but difficult to analyse and use its 80 buttons! It took me like 2 weeks to be able to use it, and the ableton live 9 lite software. But when you know how to use it, it will really be a lot of fun! In the beginning, I was planning to buy a MIDI fighter 3d for myself, but later on i decided to buy this, and it is really worth it!! You can even control the volume, pan, sends, and trigger the tracks on or off! Really great and better than Launchpad. Its more brighter, fast and fun!! GO BUY IT!!

Best gadget for finger drumming and digital mixing

novation launch pad s is a significant possession for music directors as well as digital jockeys ... it's is loaded with awesome features and gives you complete freedom as a performer on stage or off stage ...it also up to a great extent ,competes with posh analouge mixing consoles ..... so for me this device is one in a million ....

beats and pads

imma producer from mumbai and I must say that this little beauty has added a new dimension to my music making process and workflow. looks really neat and fits well in my studio setup just within reach for me to just add some beats or jam new tunes. Its great to assign individual notes to pads and play it like an instrument. the official novation video has a super cool light show display project which I recommend everyone should try..comes with the basic ableton live lite version not the full version but even that's more than enough. tried it with fl studio as well and its perfect. go for it!!

Launch PAD

This review is for the Launchpad S with the fl studio software. I've been trying to figure out a way to play my music live and a friend of mine suggested me the Launchpad S and how it worked. I soon looked up lessons online and some demonstrations by others and I loved it. I bought it off bajaao and got it in 2 days. The lights are extremely bright and I love how quick it is. I love the user pages and the fact I can assign anything to any button I wish. My favorite part of the Launchpad S is that it has its own keyboard, which has replaced my huge keyboard; making plenty of room on my desk. My second favorite feature is the drum rack pad that I can use to control the percussion plugins on FL Studios. The last feature that I love is the mixers. I can assign my volume controls or effects to any of them. This thing has replaced my keyboard and gave me hands on control of my music and live performances.Lastly; The launchpad S has 64 buttons (obviously), but if you do wish to assign more buttons to your playlist, you can use the scroll buttons at the top to find those extra clips to play; unless you're gonna buy more than one.
