I have a double braced Hercules one, However, have this as a backup. Cloth -- I didnt get any... :(About Packaging, Shipping and Handling -- Packaging was decent. I ordered with extra protective cover, which seemed ok to me.. Nothing extra ordinary, But one thing to mention here, even if you select priority shipping it ships to you in the time mentioned on the site itself. Nothing is prioritized for you for which you pay extra bucks.. So you can negate the option and save 1000 bucks more. Though the normal shipping was on time and the product was delivered as promised on the site.About Bajaoo --- The staff seems friendly but there is a big soup in their process involved which they need to improve drastically...Cons on this transaction was :--1. I never received the polishing cloth which was included in the bundle.2. I made 3 calls to customer care, the first call asked me to check all the packages (as I didn't check the stand box as according to the staff, the cloth can be inside the same), Second call, they said they will check there inventory and would get back to me which never happened. and third, the staff said i would receive a call back within 24 hr which again I didn't.3. Mail reverts are always delayed and they do not revert to all the calls or the queries you raise.Guys, you should fix all these thing first, It to my assumption is a problem with your process than the people involved with the same.. Get your act together so that you get a 5 star (deducted 2 stars only for the cons cause of the bajaoo transaction)
