This is a nice sounding keyboard but one key has started giving trouble after 3 years of use. There are no authorised service centres in my city, and my regular keyboard technician has been trying to source the defective part for 3 weeks now. He finally managed to find out but tells me that rather than fixing the one key, pads for all 88 keys need to be replaced at a cost of almost Rs. 13,000/-
Don't be taken in by the novelty features, touch buttons etc. This is not a durable product, spare parts are unreasonably priced, and customer support is almost non-existent.
