Guys, I bought Cort Bass guitar from Bajaao in the last year October and unfortunately, it���s not working. Contacted Bajaao and they asked me to share the Video with few more details and after some follow-ups, received a mail from them: Dear Customer, We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your product. Looking at your case, it appears your product will be covered under standard manufacturer warranty. Since the vendor requires Bajaao to initiate the warranty support, you will need to ship the product to our address below: Bajaao Music Pvt Ltd Hightech Plaza,Unit - 2, Ground Floor, VLCC compound, Shanti Nagar, Mahakali Caves Road, Andheri (E), Mumbai - 400093 Once you ship your product, please notify us immediately with all the relevant shipping information, including the name of the shipper and the tracking number. Please package your return very carefully. You are responsible for any damage that occurs to the product as a result of poor packaging. We will notify you once the package is received and sent to the vendor���s authorized service center, and keep track of your product. Please note that the usual service once the product reaches the vendor can take up to 90 working days. Once repaired, Bajaao will collect your product and ship it back to you. (India) www.bajaao.com While buying the guitar from Bajaao, my friends and fellow musicians asked me not to buy it from Bajaao as they are not trustworthy, but I wanted to give it a try thinking online business is evolving and maybe they have improved. But unfortunately, they are proved right���while I was buying they should have told me that for any service assistance, either you need to courier or travel to Mumbai. Why I was kept in dark that local city services are not available- I would have bought it from a local city shop- at least no hassle while getting the after sales service. Its not easy for a customer to courier the guitar to Mumbai to get it repaired/serviced. Please think twice if you are planning to buy any musical stuff from Bajaao !!!
