The strings came rusted out of the box. Moreover the box says "made in USA" but yet there is a sticker on it that says country of origin as "China"? Ya , thats not right. Anyway, I asked for a return and they offered a refund which was fair and the refund was supposed to come in 5-7 days and its been 12 days now and i have not seen the refund or heard back from them on my follow up emails. Don't get screwed over like me , Stay clear from ordering with them.
I ordered DR string set . However my payment was deducted twice . I complained this to the call center and requested then to either refund or double the order. Inspite of sending 3 remainders no one is replying.
Request you to come back to me at your earliest convenience.

The one at 14.26 was successfully accepted and the one at 14.20 payment got deducted but order was not booked.

I have tried with almost every type of strings to find my tone. Usually i shortlisted EJ16 of Daddario , but changing it to the Rare , has increased the nuisance of my solid top and back guitar. Very good quality, it last long. However , there is a special instruction to cut the strings after winding it to the guitar. If followed, the sustain will also increase.
