I procured a JS 32 Rhoads electric guitar from Bajaao in the first week of Nov (Order No: 367089) and on receiving the item, it was found rusted in many places and without screws in more than few locations. On enquiry with Bajaao, the item was returned through Fedex and reached Bajaao site in Mumbai on 22nd Nov. However, they are yet to respond back with clarity till today. Initially told me that replacement will be shipped by 24th Nov. Nothing has happened and on repeated and painful calls they told that the item is currently out of stock and they won't be able to tell when a replacement can be effected. However, their website still lists the item as "in Stock". No further feedback till now. No return of payment! I suspect they are knowingly cheating the customers. I will never again recommend Bajaao to any one and caution others to be very sceptical when dealing with them.

Paying around 40k for this problematic chinese built is waste... Rather go with ibanez made in Indonesian builts
I had recieved the Jackson JS32 Rhoads but soon noticed that a couple of screws were missing and the bridge was rusted. I retuned this in a couple of days and asked for a replacement. But after placing an order for the replacement, they said that it’s out of stock and so I asked for a refund. It has been 10 days since they said that they’ll refund but I still haven’t received the refund. The customer support is not helpful and the support executive left the call open when we asked him to connect to his supervisor and this is the last time I’m going to use Bajaao, and I won’t be recommending this site to anyone unless you improve your service.
