Proper tension on these springs set

I have gotten these in Aug 2015 & using them since. These are great springs, the material is very good. from the plating & all the way to the dimensions, I could not find any flaws in them.The first thing I noticed with these was the tension was much higher than that of the stock springs that had came factory installed on my PRS SE trem equipped electric guitar.Since I've had these installed for more than a year and half, I have noticed that they dont develop slack very soon. I use the trem arm frequently, mostly for subtle to pronounced vibrato effect, not really a lot for crazy up/down pitch bends. The strings I use on my PRS SE are also .10 gauge set and tuned to E standard tuning. So considering the amount of use & the force these springs have to encounter constantly, they have shown high amount of durability in maintaining there elasticity. The original springs would get elastic slack within a year. These on the other hand are still going strong as new since I installed them. I still have two of the springs of the set unused, since I prefer using only three springs on my trem.I highly recommend these. They are long lasting, highly durable to oxidation and great string to spring tension ratio, definite improvement over stock springs for less expensive guitars, just gives the trem arm the right balance in feel.

Price has increased but they're definitely worth buying.

Good set of springs. Fit perfectly on any kind of tremolo system, a must buy for anyone whosr tremolo system starts acting oddly.I bought them for 650 but the price became what it is just a day after I bought them, but I guese it's alright. They quality is defintely great, got them very fresh without any rust or wear n tear and the packaging and delivery was satisfactory.Go for em!
