Its unable to pick up the sound of notes and showing wrong notes…

its a solid wood guitar all round. And it sure makes the tones sound brighter. Now can anyone clarify. It has an onboard fishman presys II Preamp which shows my tuning is correct however the BOSS is unable to pick it up and its slow to show the readings
