When looking into premium studio monitors my Bajaao rep - Hussain, said that in this price range the 708's were the way to go. I must say, I was initially skeptical about buying the 708's because I was looking only at Genelec 8050Bs. But I did succumb to the JBLs on the condition that I will return them if unsatisfied. The stereo Imaging out of these little guys are fabulous and the clarity is excellent. From the kicks and bass which literally sound like they're coming from a sub under the table, to panning Instruments & background vocals to create space, the incredible almost-visual image in front of you is gorgeous! These are gold and can take on Genelec any day of the week.
