I just cannot express how happy I am with my gear! Starting from how it was packed to the details of the uke its just wonderful! Honestly I was a little bit nervous since I had already paid for the instrument but now I'm left with no worries. I must say their customer service is really good. Packaging was fine. Don't fall for extra packaging unless you are not too afraid. Product took 1 week to arrive.

I am a beginner and I this is my first musical instrument. It sounds really well. The sound is loud and very soulful. I found a few scratches on the tuners and the side of the ukulele was a little damaged. Since there were only a minimal signs of wear and tear I thought not to initiate a return since I was in love with the ukulele. I just hoped that my ukulele would've come in a better condition. Apart from that, the ukulele sounds amazing! Only if there were no signs of use on my ukulele, I would have given a 6/5.
Don't listen to fake reviews, this is the best ukulele. The delivery is fast too. The wood is good, everything is perfect.

Also packaging was great, good customer support, if you have any issues you can mail Bajaao or you can complete the customer support form present in the website (website is better than mobile app they created) they get backs to you in 24 hours, and delivery was also relatively fast...over all good experience and good product.. happy with it☺️
