Good value for the price.

Good for transcribing and late night practice. Self adjusting head band and round the ear cushion make it comfortable for prolonged use. Semi open back creates wider sound stage of you have to mix on your home gear.

Bang for The Buck.

Bought these just because they were cheap, for using them for casual listening but after trying them on these cans blew me away pretty good frequency response overall a little wider soundstage compared to the closed cans,high quality materials.Been using them for production from past week, pretty damn solid for the price. Recommended

Pretty good headphone

I needed a headphone for mixing while travelling but I don't have the buck to spend on one of those expensive ones. I read several reviews and found out that SR 850 is quite a bang for the buck. My initial response to the headphone was 'WOW', that's quite good for the money. Of course it has to burn in to get the real sound. I have been using it for about a week now and I believe it had burned it enough. Even though the bass is not that boomy it is tight and punchy which is what I am looking for. The mids are quite clear and different instruments stand out quite clearly. It may sound thin in the top end for some but I believe looking at the price we can't complain. I would recommend this to whoever is looking for good headphone on a budget.

Wonderful

The delivery was on time and the package was wonderful. The product is good. Response is quite balanced. Only the fake leather ear pad makes it uncomfortable to use it for longer time.

Good Headphones, worth buying.

I have been using SR850 for my studio and also for my live events. This headphones sounds really good, has smooth frequency response across whole audio spectrum. Good as over ear monitor for drums or loud sounding instruments.

Very satisfactory

This is the first semi-open reference headphone I have got, so I dont have a reference to compare with. It sounds quite satisfactory for my purpose of mixing and editing work at a semi-professional level.
